President/Co-Chairs 1. Create and maintain an SDA program plan and budget throughout the year 2. Maintain contact with faculty advisor, department head, and program associates regarding upcoming Roundtable/department events 3. Coordinate committees for joint Roundtable/department events 4. Facilitate contact between all chairs 5. Organize and lead Roundtable chair meetings 6. Call for new officers and hold elections as needed 7. Create a budget for events 8. Apply for grants as needed to fund events
Social Chairs 1. Organize at least one social event per semester 2. Create a budget for the event in line with the allocated budget 3. Assist publicity chairs in developing materials for social events 4. Coordinate volunteers/committees to plan events as needed 5. Attend Roundtable chair meetings
Forum Chairs 1. Organize at least one research and pedagogical skills sharing event per semester 2. Create a budget for the event in line with the allocated budget 3. Assist publicity chairs in developing materials for forum 4. Coordinate volunteers/committees to plan events as needed 5. Attend Roundtable chair meetings
Research Chairs 1. Organize at least one collaborative research meeting per semester 2. Create a budget for the event in line with the allocated budget 3. Assist publicity chairs in developing materials for research workshops 4. Coordinate volunteers/committees as needed 5. Attend Roundtable chair meetings
Publicity Chairs 1. Send out e-mails regarding upcoming events 2. Design flyers for events 3. Maintain social media sites (facebook, weekly, ect.) 4. Coordinate volunteers for AV as needed 5. Attend Roundtable chair meetings
